Without gerrymandering, Reps. Tim Moffitt, Chuck McGrady and their pals in Raleigh could not engage in their vindictive war on the institutions of Asheville. Neither of these guys really listen to the citizens of Asheville because gerrymandering ensures they don't have to. How sick is that?
