[Regarding “Down Town, Part 7: The Justice System’s Revolving Door,” April 25, Asheville Watchdog:]
The first thing these unfortunate folks need is to be held accountable for their actions. Regardless of the circumstances, they need to understand that their behavior is not going to be tolerated.
Yes, get them housed and cared for and consider that as “time served.” Stop the revolving door. And support our police.

I think we should build a walled city out in Nevada, or somewhere else really remote, and ship all homeless from everywhere in USA to a centralized location. We will house, feed, and take care of them, but they can’t leave. Subcontract out security to Halliburton, have Pfizer sponsor and provide pharmaceuticals.
I think we should finish the wall down along the border and ship every MAGA/Rump supporter to Mexico… every single one of them. Or to Russia… you know how enamored they are of their man Putin…. he’ll send them to the front lines 😉
Heck, I’m just gonna build a wall around my property right here where I live…but mine is to keep out developers and tourists.
No need to send them to Nevada, according to 2020 Census and The United Way there is on average 28 vacant homes for every homeless person in the US. Mostly in the Rust Belt.
