These documents, provided by Wellington Estates residents, show two letters from the owners of the county’s largest mobile home park asserting that the park will not be sold. A third document is a copy of an online listing, showing the park for sale as commercial property. The Buncombe County Commissioners unanimously rejected a controversial request to rezone the property from residential to commercial on Jan. 8.
