A good time was had by all at Asheville’s annual Oktoberfest, held by the Downtown Association in celebration of the 200th anniversary of the first Oktoberfest held in Munich, Germany, way back … well, a long time ago. Performing again this year were the Stratton Mountain Boys, an authentic Austrian band.
