Early Voting begins today at 11 Buncombe County locations

Early voting for the primaries and Amendment One begins today, April 19, at 11 locations around Buncombe County.

The following locations will be open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until May 4. Locations will also be open May 5 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• North Asheville Library, 1030 Merrimon Ave.
• Black Mountain Library, 105 N. Dougherty St.
• South Buncombe Library, 260 Overlook Road
• Fairview Library, 1 Taylor Road
• West Asheville Library, 942 Haywood Road
• Biltmore Square Mall, 800 Brevard Road
• Buncombe County Training Center, 199 College St.
• Kenilworth Presbyterian Church, 139 Kenilworth Road
• Lutheran Church of the Nativity, 2425 Hendersonville Road
• Justice Athletic Center (UNCA), 1 University Heights
• Weaverville Town Hall, 30 S. Main St.

Voters with questions about which districts they’re in or other matters can contact the Board of Elections at 250-4200 or look up their voter information online. Those who can’t make it for early voting can vote in their precinct on May 8.
