Alongside praising several city employees for their performance over the past year, Asheville City Council will also hear a heaping helping of reports and updates at its Tuesday, Aug. 19, work session, including a presentation on the state of Asheville’s water supply. Council will also get updates on the I-26 connector issue and status reports on plans for the transit system and the city’s facility master plan.
The meeting, on the second floor of City Hall, begins at 3 p.m.
