Singer-songwriter BJ Barham may be better known as the front man for alt-country band American Aquarium, but he’s carved out his own niche with his solo debut, Rockingham. Recorded in just two days in Durham, the collection of eight songs tells stories of small-town life in Reidsville, where Barham grew up.
Ahead of his solo show at The Grey Eagle, he and his band played three songs exclusively for Xpress.
