Ever wonder what the secret to Chai Pani‘s success is?
The restaurant staff and owners recently made a short film to attempt to explain why publications from Xpress to The New York Times have made mention of this small Indian street-food restaurant in downtown Asheville.
And we wondered why the staff giggled when they asked us if we’d taken a look at the “commercial” they sent to us when we went to pick up our tandoori lamb burgers.
