Kid-hop artist Secret Agent 23 Skidoo — formerly of Asheville and now based in California — recently topped various worst dressed lists compiled from red carpet looks at the 2015 Grammys ceremony. Skidoo was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Children’s Album category for his record, The perfect Quirk, which was recorded at Echo Mountain with many local musicians. He attended the Grammys with with wife Brooke Sullivan, aka Bootysattva, and daughter Saki, aka MC Fireworks.
On a Facebook post, Skidoo wrote, “I am so proud of my family, as we have finally achieved one of our lifelong dreams! We got to go to the Grammys, walk the red carpet together, and join Pharrell, Lady Gaga, and many others on the WORST DRESSED OF THE GRAMMYS LISTS!” He added, ” I want to thank my parents, my producer, my beautiful family, and all the sucka squares that can’t take a man rockin a purple tux … YEAR OF THE WEIRD, REPRESENTIN TO THE FULLEST!”
