The doctor is in

Asheville-based psychedelic/indie-rock band Doc Aquatic performed as part of Moog Music’s AHA AVL showcase in July of 2012.

Xpress is partnering with Moog Music to curate the showcase in its current season, which launched in October with Total War. Watch for that video (to be posted in January) and others to be hosted on the Xpress website. As a teaser, we’re finishing out the year with videos of Doc Aquatic, Brushfire Stankgrass and Razor + Blade from AHA AVL’s previous season.

The 2013/2014 season includes Comet West on Wednesday, Dec. 11; Decent Lovers on Wednesday, Jan. 8; Morbids on Wednesday, Feb. 12; and Hermit Kings on Wednesday, March 19. The live performance are free but by invite. To attend, send an email to aha.avl@moogmusic.com.
