Smart Bet web extra: Paper Tiger at Emerald Lounge

Local electro-pop outfit Paper Tiger has been off the radar lately. Happily, that has to do with recording a new album. (Well, that and members have been busy with things like going to Bonnaroo and having a baby.) And in the fall they’ll be heading out on tour with Ott and Aligning Minds.

So, here’s a little more good news and a little maybe-not-so-great news: Paper Tiger will only be playing one local show this summer. (That’s the bad news.) But that show is soon — Monday, July 15 at Emerald Lounge.

Ponderosa and Yip Deceiver also perform. 9 p.m., $7.
