“Join Pulp (the new private club under the Orange Peel) for a night of rug-cutting and booty-shaking!
Tonight, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., with DJ music from 10 – 1 a.m.; enter on the Hilliard side of the Orange Peel, at the door marked ‘PULP.’
DJ Dr. Filth (aka Whitney Shroyer — you know him from Soul Night at the Admiral on Saturdays) will be spinning only the most dance-party-worthy records from the ‘50s and ‘60s. Retro soul, Rock n’ Roll and R&B are the themes!
Tickets $4 in advance, available only at Hip Replacements and Harvest Records … Get ‘em early; limited tickets will also be available at the door. We’ll do one in, one out if we sell out, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t snag an advanced ticket.
Drink tickets will be awarded as prizes for best retro costumes, so come souled out in your best vintage finery! We’ll have spiked punch, party snacks, and retro décor. Be there or be square.”
