It’s the rarest of occasions that British singer-songwriter Neil Halstead makes it to Asheville. Three times in a decade is the count, and the last time was this past weekend. Before his performance at The Lab, he spoke to Xpress about palindromes, playing Vincent’s Ear, and why he goes so long between albums.
