Just Die! at the Boiler Room

Local punk/hardcore band Just Die! gears up for its first show at The Boiler Room (11 Grove Street, Asheville, 505-1612). The band includes Steve Shell on vocals, drummer Dave Reinhardt, bassist Jay McBones and guitarist Matt Evans. Their Facebook bio reads, simply, “Encouraging High Fives Since ‘06,” but really, what more do you need to know?

The show, which starts around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, includes Foreign Objects (according to Evans, an “amazing female fronted punk band from Boston”), Dude Jams! (“Dirty pop punk from California and Arizona”) and local punk group Sunshine SS. $5, ages 18+.
