Here’s how Matt at Harvest Records describes the day: “Drive-By Truckers and Langhorne Slim will be performing in Harvest Records on Saturday, April 17 in celebration of the 3rd annual RECORD STORE DAY! On this fabulous day Harvest will have tons of limited CDs, LPs and 7″s that will be available exclusively to fine independent record stores around the country. This week, Spin Magazine named Harvest Records one of the country’s top 15 independent record stores, calling it: “A savvy selection to rival any big-city shop, in a comfortably sleepy mountain town.”  The article is here.
