Asheville-based progressive, jazzy jam band Deja Fuze performed a quick set for passersby in front of the Flat Iron sculpture this afternoon. Drawing power from their van, the amplified trio of Jake Cavinder (drums), Joey Lewis (guitar) and Keith Harry (bass) performed roughly a half-dozen songs before moving on. Bummed you missed the show? Fret not! We captured part of their set for your enjoyment.

So, you’re permanently in Asheville or just passing through? I credited you as being Asheville-based because it was listed on your MySpace page, but if you’re actually from Buffalo I’ll be happy to correct the post above.
