The Flat Rock Music Festival happens Friday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Sept. 26, at Camp Ton-A-Wandah. Weekend passes include camping, and are $70/advance while supplies last, $80 at the gate. Tickets for youth (ages 11-17) are half-price. Daily tickets cost $30/Friday, $35/Saturday and $20/Sunday for adults ($15/$15/$10 for youth). Children 10 and younger get in free. Volunteers are needed, and likewise get in for free for working a total of eight hours. Gates are open from 12-10 p.m. Friday, from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, and from 9 a.m.-4-p.m. Sunday. Ticket proceeds from this nonprofit festival partly benefit Camp Merry Times (for children with cancer) and Hendersonville’s Environmental & Conservation Organization.
