⢠Mary Charles Griffin’s paintings in the Focus Gallery at Blue Spiral 1 are outstanding: fresh and non-formulaic. Her series, called “Edge of the Woods,” deals with seasonal changes in nature, and every work in it is lyrical and alive.
⢠The Fringe Festival is looking better every day. Check the Web site for a schedule. The celebration starts Jan. 25 and runs through the 28th.
⢠Bella Vista Gallery will reopen in March at 10 Lodge St. with new floors, new walls and new lighting. No word yet on the artist for the inaugural show.
