Having penned songs for some of country music’s leading artists, Travis Meadows is probably better known right now for his songwriting than his own music. He’s out to make a name for himself, though, and his latest record, First Cigarette, has him on that path. Released late last year, it features 11 tracks that feel almost like Meadows’s autobiography.
In town for a recent tour stop at The Grey Eagle, he and Caleb Elliott gave an exclusive performance of two songs from the record.
