Back in July, a team of employees from Tupelo Honey Café visited Asheville’s YWCA to help get the Children’s Organic Garden back on a roll. They hacked, weeded, pulled and planted. Xpress photographer Halima Flynt was on hand that day to snap some photos.
Yesterday, Tupelo Honey Executive Chef Brian Sonoskus visited the kids in the YWCA’s after-school program. The kids picked some veggies, Sonoskus prepared them and cuteness ensued:
