Medford trial starts tomorrow

The long-awaited trial of former Buncombe County Sheriff Bobby Medford on corruption charges starts tomorrow morning. Xpress will be on the scene, with daily online updates on the trial’s progress.

The trial of Medford, along with former reserve Capt. Guy Penland, begins tomorrow at 10 a.m. in the Federal Courthouse in downtown Asheville.
