“I don’t want to see transgendered people’s rights violated in any way, but given the transgendered make up only around 0.03 percent of the U.S. population, what about the rights of the other 99.7 percent? Just asking.”
The show is a lean, mean 90 minutes, with no intermission, and leaves the audience on its feet, cheering by the end. It manages to tell the compelling tale of the early days of rock ‘n’ roll, while also feeling intimate.
The Sheriff’s Department wants to protect officers and catch bad guys, and to do that better, they have made it impossible to listen to their radio traffic. But it hasn’t made communication with the APD any easier and some see the move as harmful to the flow of information to the public.
