In this plea agreement, Irving Comer, an employee of former Buncombe County Sheriff Bobby Medford ally and Weaverville businessman Jackie Shepherd, agrees to plead guilty to running an illegal video poker ring, forfeit over $165,000 and testify against others in the case.
