It’s party time: Politics at the local level
This Saturday’s precinct meetings for the Buncombe County Democrats herald the season of party organizing for the coming year, with the Buncombe County Republicans Lincoln-Reagan Dinner following close behind on Monday, Feb. 19, the newly minted Buncombe County Greens getting together March 3 and the Libertarian Party Convention coming up March 26.
